Simon Lee is one of Asia’s pioneer executive coaches specializing in leadership development and strength-based change. He has over 25 years of business management experience with P&L responsibilities including sales, customer service, product management and quality control. Simon's extensive and broad-based corporate experience spreads across the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Storage and Professional Services Industries.
Simon has presented internationally on strengths-based coaching practice, appreciative leadership and solution-focused interventions across many cultures. He has also trained more than 7,000 managers and senior leaders on strength-based coaching and appreciative inquiry.
Some of his recent coaching assignments include executive coaching for C-level leaders, team coaching for senior management teams, integrated talent coaching program for high potentials and leadership coaching skills for general managers. Simon has done work in Japan, Thailand, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Canada and Egypt.
Simon is the first Certified Solution Focused Coach in Asia. He is trained in Switzerland and is accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CSFC), the Association for Coaching, UK (Accredited Coach), and the International Coach Federation, USA (PCC). He is also a Certified Coach in Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith and a Higher Ground Leadership Certified Coach. Additionally, he is certified to administer the following instruments: Extended DISC, LINKAGE LAI™, OPQ32, EQ-I 2.0 and VIA PRO Character Strengths analysis.
