Ong Su-Chzeng has over 30 years of business experience in diverse corporate and cross-cultural environments, having worked for more than a decade each in London, then in Tokyo and is now based in Singapore. She is originally from Penang, Malaysia. In these countries, she has held various leadership roles at senior management level, including director and vice president, variously at JPMorgan Chase Bank, Jardine Fleming, Collins and Macmillan Publishers, as well as being a lecturer in Education. 

 

Her coaching assignments include executive coaching for C-level leaders, team coaching for senior management teams, for high potentials and coaching skills for managers. Besides Singapore, Su-chzeng coaches often on assignments to Japan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Dubai and Lausanne.

 

Su-chzeng has professional certificates in corporate and personal coaching from Corporate Coach University, USA, and several other coach training organizations. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation, USA (ACC) since February 2006, is a Certified Solution Focused Coach accredited by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CSFC). She is an adjunct leadership coach for the Centre for Creative Leadership, Marshall Goldsmith associates and often coaches for IMD Lausanne’s and London Business School’s leadership programmes. She is a founding committee member of the International Coach Federation in Singapore and a member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches. She mentors and coaches executives at several not-for-profit organizations as part of her service to the community.
